One 2 One

Nothing can beat a one 2 one session where you get the full attention of the Pilates instructor for the whole of the time. It is simply the best way to learn the techniques to achieve results and begin to make beneficial changes in your body without the risk of injury. Your session will include a postural assessment and be tailored to your individual needs. If you think you may have more specific requirements, then this would be most beneficial for you.

Mat Pilates

This total body workout session includes both classical and contemporary exercises from Pilates repertoire. You’ll enjoy flowing through a series of movements that you will find both engaging and encouraging. You will strengthen and condition the entire body and leave feeling centered and relaxed.

As a result of regular Pilates, your posture will change and you will move more efficiently. You will achieve a strong core, develop longer, leaner muscles and improve your overall sense of well-being. And if you are a sports enthusiast, Pilates will also help improve your game.

Classes are multi-level and limited in size so you get the attention you need. The use of small equipment props like the band, ball and Pilates ring keeps your workout fresh and exciting.

Reformer Pilates

Located on Portobello High Street our reformer sessions incorporate elements of stretch, strengthening and cardio using our Reformer Pilates machines. Session include exercises from both the classical and contemporary Pilates repertoir. With various levels of resistance springs to enhance your workout.

Low impact, we work on core stabilisation, muscle endurance, joint stability, balance and much more! Sessions are limited to 2 in number to ensure you get the most out of your workout.

Semi-Private Session price £35.00 (Drop-In). 5 Week Block £160.00 (you have 9 weeks to use up all your sessions).

Small Equipment Pilates

At Pilates 4 All we love to add the fitness circle, band, ball and foam roller to many of our sessions. The use of small props can significantly modify your workout. Whether we want to make the exercise easier, harder or just mix things up. Our props can keep your mat and reformer time challenging, supported and most of all progressive.

Trigger Point Pilates®

A Trigger Point Pilates® class combines Pilates core moves with trigger point release and clinical Myofascial principles to help alleviate chronic pain conditions using equipment. The class is designed to release tight muscles enhance functional daily movement and restructure the body.

The programme helps to release the body from inside to out targeting the connective tissue that surrounds every muscle and joint. Enabling one to move with ease, release painful conditions, and have a better functional life.

Trigger Point Pilates classes attract everyone from the elite fit to the post rehab. Fascia restrictions occur in everyone, whatever their age, activity or level of fitness. Equipment is used in class to release and realign the body.
You will learn simple exercises that you can do at home with the equipment.

Male Pilates

This is a gentle stretch & strengthen mobility class. if you are with injury or have recently had surgery, then this class is for you. We will incorporate a combination of Pilates and Yoga moves to help you release tension, realign and leave feeling relaxed and invigorated. Movements will be modified to suit each individual body. The use of props will be used to support where required and enhance movements which will ensure you are getting the most out of your session.
