We offer single, duet and group classes with varying abilities and strengths.


Our sessions are a friendly and safe place where you are sure to meet new friends and enjoy the fabulous results that Pilates brings.

We teach structured sessions where each person works at their own individual pace and level, and we provide mats and exercise equipment. Our class sizes are very small to ensure you have my utmost attention and you get the most out of your session.

People with specific injuries can also benefit from Pilates as most exercises can be modified so that you can get maximum benefit whilst protecting and strengthening any particular injury. We have clients of all shapes & sizes, all fitness levels and both male & female, with ages ranging from age 18 to 80!
