One 2 One
Nothing can beat a one 2 one session where you get the full attention of the Pilates instructor for the whole of the time. It is simply the best way to learn the techniques to achieve results and begin to make beneficial changes in your body without the risk of injury. Your session will include a postural assessment and be tailored to your individual needs. If you think you may have more specific requirements, then this would be most beneficial for you.

Mat Pilates
This total body workout session includes both classical and contemporary exercises from Pilates repertoire. You’ll enjoy flowing through a series of movements that you will find both engaging and encouraging. You will strengthen and condition the entire body and leave feeling centered and relaxed.
As a result of regular Pilates, your posture will change and you will move more efficiently. You will achieve a strong core, develop longer, leaner muscles and improve your overall sense of well-being. And if you are a sports enthusiast, Pilates will also help improve your game.
Classes are multi-level and limited in size so you get the attention you need. The use of small equipment props like the band, ball and Pilates ring keeps your workout fresh and exciting.

Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates incorporates elements of stretch, strengthening and cardio using the Reformer and small probs Pilates equipment. Sessions include exercises from both the classical and contemporary Pilates repertoires, with various levels of resistance springs to enhance your workout.
Which Reformer class is for you?
FORM Reformer – This is our beginner friendly, slow flow class. suitable for those who want to refine their form and technique or may be recovering from minor injurie. Low impact, we work on core stabilisation, muscle endurance, joint stability, balance and much more!
Emphasising the fundamentals of Pilates, this session enhances your alignment and strengthens your practice.
SCULPT Reformer – This is a mixed abilities session, offering a balanced full-body workout that blends strength, flexibility and core stability. A mix of dynamic and slow paced movements will challenge you whatever your age or skill level.
You will perform exercises within both the classical and contemporary Pilates repertoire to help you reach your fitness goals.
