One 2 One
Nothing can beat a one 2 one session where you get the full attention of the Pilates instructor for the whole of the time. It is simply the best way to learn the techniques to achieve results and begin to make beneficial changes in your body without the risk of injury. Your session will include a postural assessment and be tailored to your individual needs. If you think you may have more specific requirements, then this would be most beneficial for you.
If you would like to bring a friend along, you can book a 1-2-2. Please enquire for availability.

Mat Pilates
This total body workout session includes both classical and contemporary exercises from Pilates repertoire. You’ll enjoy flowing through a series of movements that you will find both engaging and encouraging. You will strengthen and condition the entire body and leave feeling centered and relaxed.
As a result of regular Pilates, your posture will change and you will move more efficiently. You will achieve a strong core, develop longer, leaner muscles and improve your overall sense of well-being. And if you are a sports enthusiast, Pilates will also help improve your game.
Classes are multi-level and limited in size so you get the attention you need. The use of small equipment props like the band, ball and Pilates ring keeps your workout fresh and exciting.

Reformer Pilates
Our Small group Reformer classes, limited to 6 participants ensure personalised instruction, hand on guidance and close attention to technique.
Reformer ALL Abilities – This all-abilities Reformer class is designed to support and challenge every body, whether you’re brand new to Pilates or an experienced mover. Using the Reformer, springs, and props, you’ll build strength, improve mobility, and enhance posture and body awareness.
Exercises are layered with clear options and modifications, allowing you to work at your own pace while still feeling guided and supported. Expect a balanced, full-body workout that focuses on core strength, controlled movement, and mindful breathing in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Sessions include exercises from both the classical and contemporary Pilates repertoires.
