From dynamic Reformer Pilates and accessible Mat Pilates to personalised 1-2-1 sessions, each class is designed to help you build strength, improve mobility and move with confidence in a supportive environment.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates

A full-body workout using the Reformer machine to build strength, improve posture, and increase flexibility—without high impact.

With small class sizes, you’ll get individual guidance to ensure you’re moving safely and effectively, whether you’re completely new or have experience.

Expect a mix of controlled, flowing movements that challenge your core, improve alignment, and leave you feeling stronger, taller, and more balanced.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates

A focused, floor-based class designed to strengthen your core, improve posture, and support overall mobility.

Using precise, controlled movements, you’ll develop deep strength and body awareness that carries into everyday life—helping reduce aches, improve balance, and move with more ease.

Options and progressions are always offered, so you can work at your own level in a supportive environment.
