Hi, I’m Clare, owner of Pilates 4 All. I created the studio to offer a supportive and inclusive space where people of all ages, abilities and experience levels can enjoy the benefits of Pilates. Based in Portobello, Edinburgh, Pilates 4 All combines expert guidance with a friendly, personal approach to help clients build strength, improve movement and feel more confident in their bodies.

Pilates 4 All Owner & Instructor

I first started practising Pilates in 2008, but it was my own health challenges in 2016 that inspired me to create Pilates 4 All and train as a qualified teacher. Since then, the studio has grown into a welcoming space with a fantastic team of teachers and a wonderful community of clients.

Having experienced mobility issues myself, I’m passionate about helping others move better, feel stronger and build confidence in their bodies. For me, Pilates is about more than exercise – it’s a way of life that can make everyday movement easier and more enjoyable.

I’m an avid runner and decided to add Pilates to my exercise regime around 6 years ago when I attended one of Clare’s classes. I couldn’t live without her weekly class now. I really feel it if I’ve missed a week as everything seems to tighten up. She doesn’t seem to miss a thing too which is important for someone like me who needs to be pushed, plus she changes the workout every week using Pilates props to keep us all on our toes. She definitely makes you work hard whilst still making it relaxing.
